Sirona Boremanus is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
The first hour to 90 min will be a discussion of the current subject chosen by those who attend WHICH WILL BE RECORDED.
The remaining time will be socialization (not required to attend for the study group) WHICH WILL NOT BE RECORDED.
By joining the zoom meeting, you are agreeing you are aware the zoom chat will be recorded and posted to YouTube. By joining, you consent to this. All who join the room first enter the waiting room and then are admitted into the zoom room. Each attendee upon entering is auto-set to join with video and mic turned off so they can set their video/picture choices manually. This is also in case people enter late and so will not disturb the class with background noise.
If being recorded causes privacy to be a concern, feel free to join with a video blocked an attendee can put up a neutral picture in their Zoom account. Attendees can change their name to a code name. Use the chat if speaking and having your voice heard or recorded may be a concern.
Unless actively speaking, please keep your mic off.
